Vintage Metal Chrome & Red Plastic Knobs PAPER TOWEL HOLDER Art Deco. I purchased this at a yard sale. I have not used it but it shows signs of age. I don't see a name on it anywhere. There are some black Sharpie marks on the back of it and that may be seen in the picture. I have not cleaned it. It appears that in spots there might be some spots of rust showing through is a chrome but those may not show up in the pictures because they are relatively small. This is not new. Please use the pictures to help determine the condition of this item. I am selling this item as is.
